Return Eligibility
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition — including all original packaging, dust bags, tags, and accessories where applicable. Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly sent.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@samayish.com within your 15-day return window with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent item. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Samayish is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@samayish.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your original order and place a new order separately.
